Senior Client Lead Düsseldorf, Frankfurt & Hamburg (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities:

As Senior Client Lead you are responsible for the result-oriented, communicative management of enterprise customers and manage all cross-departmental and cross-customer processes as an internal project manager.
This requires the cooperation and leadership of various project groups with our external customers as well as internal product and integration teams, developers and service providers.

Your areas of responsibility are:
• Client Leadership
Proactive customer management and consulting for enterprise customers in the field of Digital Customer Journey, Attribution & Budget Allocation
Project manager and interface between customer and all internal specialists
Control and responsibility of customer KPIs
Initiation & management of customer meetings, expectation and escalation management
• Customer health management
• Contract & Relationship Management
