Marketing Technology Analyst Düsseldorf, Frankfurt & Hamburg (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities:

With your experience in Marketing Analytics, Ad Operations or Marketing Channel Planning, you will be the person in this position who supports the customer in understanding our solutions and helps them to generate added value with the available data. Your areas of responsibility are an important component of our Customer Success department:

Marketing Analytics and Reporting
o Definition of individual marketing KPIs
o Conception & implementation of dashboards and customer analyses
o Generation of reports (standardized & ad hoc)

Marketing Optimization
o Analysis and optimization recommendations regarding attribution and allocation of all media activities
o Accompaniment of testing & optimization projects

Product and Training Expertise
o Planning and implementation of individual trainings/workshops within a business case
o First level support of key accounts

Ability to understand complex questions and scenarios when using a tool and to formulate them in an understandable way

Sound understanding of marketing KPIs
Good experience in Campaign Management and Marketing Analytics (Attribution, MMM, Web Analytics, Campaign Analytics)
Confident use of analytics and BI tools (e.g. Exactag, QlikView, IntelliAd, Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe, Power BI)
Analytical understanding & customer focus
