Marketing Analyst Düsseldorf & Hamburg (m/f/x)

Your Responsibilities:

In this position, you use your experience in marketing analytics, ad operations or marketing channel planning by assisting the client in understanding our solutions and helping them add value with their data. Your areas of responsibility as an important component of our Customer Success department are:

• Guidance and Support of customers

• Marketing analytics and reporting:
o Defining individual marketing KPIs
o Design and implementation of dashboards and customer analyses
o Generation of reporting (standardized & ad hoc)

• Marketing optimization:
o Analysis and optimization recommendations regarding attribution and allocation of all media activities
o Accompanying of Testing & Optimization projects

• Product and Training expertise:
o Planning and implementation of individual training / workshops within a business case
o First Level Support of Key Accounts

What we search for:

• Ability to understand and articulate complex issues and scenarios when using a tool
• “data beats opinion” mentality
• Sound understanding of marketing KPIs
• Good experience in Campaign Management and Marketing Analytics (Attribution, MMM, Web Analytics, Campaign Analytics)
• Handle Analytics and BI Tools with confidence (Exactag, QlikView, IntelliAd, Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe, Power BI, for example)
• Analytical understanding & customer focus
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
