Client Lead Hamburg & Düsseldorf (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities:

Our work as client lead includes communicative as well as strategic leadership and further development of several customers at the same time. Our customer portfolio includes customers from all industries and offers an exciting range of variety in everyday life. Your tasks include, for example:
• Proactive customer management and consulting for enterprise customers in the field of digital customer journey & attribution
• Execution of rule calls and strategic workshops & meetings
• Derivation of customer-specific further development possibilities & concrete approach
• Project manager and interface between customer and our technical specialists
• Monitoring and increasing customer satisfaction and maturity via various instruments
• Contract adjustments, bid preparation & escalation management
• Documentation of customer-specific projects and developments
• Maintenance & set-up of our internal CRM solution
• Setting up dashboards and defining key messages
• Strategic consulting of customers regarding their approach to online marketing
