Director Customer Success - Application (m/f/x)

Your Responsibilities:

With your experiences as a leader and your knowledge in the areas of Account Management, Software as a Service, Marketing Analytics, MarTech and AdTech are you the one who leads our application team and helps our clients with the application of our solution. As one of our directors in the Customer Success department your areas of responsibility are:

  • Team leader:
    • Resource planning and disciplinary guidance
    • Leading and coaching of the employees in the client consulting and implementation of the service portfolio
  • Consulting and supervision of clients
    • Independent management of key accounts and coordination of their projects with experts
    • Planning and coordination of individual trainings/workshops in business cases
  • Process management
    • Definition and establishments of best practices in the tool- and data-guarded collaborationt
    • KPI-based guidance of the client portfolio
    • Control of workstreams for strategy implementation

What we search for:

  • Initial leadership experience through former positions
  • Ability to understand and formulate clearly complex issues and scenarios in the application of a tool
  • “data beats opinion” mentality
  • Profound understanding of marketing KPIs
  • Experience in campaign management and marketing analytics (attribution, MMM, web analytics, campaign analytics)
  • Confident handling of analytics and BI tools (e.g., Exactag, QlikView, IntelliAd, Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe, Power BI)
  • Analytical understanding and client focus
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel (10 – 20%)
